BMI - Body Mass Index

Yeah, BMI is just a theory. No need to take it too seriously.

You shouldn't be depressed about your weight Hyera. You are 16 years old, so you're still growing. The body is still changing at that age.

I always hated BMI because it's an extremely flawed system used to determine if somebody is overweight or underweight. Considering that everyone has a different build suited towards their body, it changes. Not to mention, it will always register somebody who is either ripped or muscular as overweight, and somebody who is naturally thin as underweight.

Also, BMI isn't a theory. It's a hypothesis.
