An admin is an administrator. Someone that spends time on the forum or site to manage it, add new things and keep order!
The reputation are points you give users here to show if they are good members or spammers/troll. U give minus points if they offend u or break rules repeatedly

Oh no I completely understand... vampire knight is awesome... tho zeros lonely and depressed exterior has made alot of girls depressed over the years.
