A mixture of both I suppose, start everything on the traditional level, and clean it up or add colour on the digital level.

I use traditional more often, I just like the feel of using an actual pencil to draw on paper.
However, I am starting to use Digital now, I don't mind it, kinda hard to get use to at the moment.
But I not about to abandon Traditional art

Until I get me one of those digital pens, I can't see myself making the jump.
Only problem is that it's really hard to clean traditional art digitally once you scan, you get random pixels everywhere.

same. I usually use both. from traditional to digital. I still have to practice more on 100% digital drawing by using a tablet. especially the lines and arcs.
I've tried to use manga studio. xD it helps me alot.

For me, definitely traditional. I have done some digital works but it's not really my cup of tea.

When I used to do art I prefered digital. It was easier for me since I don't have a very steady hand. My handwriting for example still looks like I'm 12.

Line work I do traditional. For coloring and lettering I go digital.

I've got a tablet for digital, but... I find I only would use programs for colouring and touching up/finalising, but not creating. I need to be very detailed, and get really into what I'm doing physically, and have a certain dimension of tactile feedback that even Wacom tablets don't provide me.
Pencil, paper, eraser, and smudging :p
And when it comes to painting, well... even more so. I have to feel it to express myself properly, and be in the proper mindset to create.
