You guys should like make an Admin/Mod of the month thing XD. It'll somehow make you guys feel special or appreciated. Like, make people vote on who deserves it or something and plus it'll make the site seem a little more fun?

Nah we got something like that. Its called the reputation system. (look under your name on your posts)
