What places would you like to live?
Besides the place you currently live where else in the world or within your own country would you like to move to and why?
I have 5 places in particular.
1. New Hampshire (USA) - I've been up in the state of New Hampshire many times. Its basically the previbial back yard to Massachusetts. I've always kinda liked NH a bit more due to the nature, and some policies over there.
2. Vermont/Maine (USA) Same reason as NH but I don;t know either of those two states as well.
3. Canada - If there was another country I'd move to its Canada. Despite how much Americans like to think that we're better than out backwards neighbor; its actually not true. I haven't been there since I was 8 years old and it was only for 2 weeks and I was staying near an Native American Reservation. But I could tell Canada isn't much different than here. Some of their policies there are even better than here in the US. The language there is primarily English and French so it ain't much different from here. And even better: ITS COLD!
4. Alaska (USA) this may seem weird but I love the cold temperatures (not much of a fan of snow but I can deal with it) and Alaska is well known for it being pretty cold. Plus I hear the nature is beautiful. And plus you got some Alaskan events like the dog sledding.
5. England - I hear the weather in England is usually pretty fair year-round. Plus I've always had some interest in English culture and history.

Re: What places would you like to live?
Well, I'm living in Lancashire now, but anywhere in the world...
1. Japan - I lived there, in Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu-shi from 2011-2013, and it was a really nice area where earthquakes were few to none. I'd like to try maybe Hiroshima or somewhere around Tokyo, but I really fell in love with Hiroshima last time I was there.
2. Taiwan - I have a friend out there who really likes it, and though I couldn't say I'd live there forever I'd certainly give it a try. The money is better than Japan there, mainly because food costs are a lot lower.
3. Tazmania - My grandmother was from here, so I'd like to go and see what it's like.
4. Scotland - I know it's in the UK, but my other grandmother lived in Dundee, there are a lot of nice rural walks around the country and it's just really crisp and fresh there.
5. Greece - I'd probably go for one of the islands like Crete, Kos or Skiathos. I've been to a lot of the islands on holiday, and they're really nice little places.
(I would teach English as a career in most of these places, no idea what I'd do in Tazmania.)

Canada is great. I've been to the US a good frequency and stayed with relatives for a while, and can say that yeah, we're pretty similar. I'd pick Canada over the US any day, though As for weather, it's nice when it's cold, but... that's really only in the winter; it's pretty daaaaamn hot, right now >.<
...
6+ places I'd like to live other than Canada:
1) New Zealand - landscape/scenery!
2) Switzerland - landscape/scenery and laws!
3) Ireland - history, folklore, and landscape/scenery! (recurring patterns...)
4) England
5) Sweden
6) Japan
7) Anywhere with no large spiders would be nice

Glad to know Canada is indeed awesome! But right now I'm going through a damned heat wave and hating every second of it
