Gamification and Character Influence

Yes, perhaps, but probably not from manga than games.
In fact, I often pick up manga when I need a quick confidence booster.

I feel like after every game I play, if I identify with a character in some way, I pickup a trait or two of their personality and emulate a little bit. But that's normal, because everyone does it whether they are aware of it or not.

I'm generally hyper-aware of myself, to a(n) (almost) problematic degree, sometimes... xD

But yeah, I think I've done as such, but with many different games over my lifespan thus far, and in so many ways that it would be hard to pin down specifics.
