I don't where I belong So I made my own....

I'm a biological male with the brain of a women (AKA FtM Transgendered Person), It feels kinda of Weird getting involved in the No boys/Girls allowed for me as my transitioning process is being quite slow right now.

So I'll assume I am the only one with any gender questioning or non gender conforming experience and make this Thread for anyone later on down the line who Joins BG.

In the mean time, I guess we can use it for Educational Purposes. Ya'll can ask questions about Trans/Non-binary and I'll answer them as best I can on here or alternative message me.

This goes for Trans/Non-binary/Gender questioning people too, ask questions or socialize with other members.

I'd like this to be a support thread more than anything.

(I'm not stingy about pronouns don't worry)

Speaking of pronouns, I read somewhere that they were in the process of assigning a know one for you guys.
Can't remember what it was though.

It's so people won't have to risk offending someone by calling them by the wrong one.

Eh?! Really? I'll need to look into this. I sure hope the pronoun isn't going to be like "Heshe/Shehe" haha

We have one already, Non-Binary people (Genderless essentially) like to be called "they, them, their" ect.

I'm a genderqueer/non-binary person, but I really don't have a preference for pronouns.

I think what key ment was a more polite way of addressing without offending. Like equivalent to Sir and ma'am. For the every day business/polite talk.
Also I'm glade you started this tread, you saw an issue fix it!
That's why I started the girl garden. Can't let the boys have all the fun Wink
Though I'm sure you notice all genders are accepted in both

I thought of this when we had girls and guys talk separated as categories, but to my knowledge we didn't have anyone like that yet.

I have no problem to this, its just a shame that on profiles you're stuck with one or the other (or nothing) I apologize for that. For as much control as we DO have there's little things we have no control over sadly Sad

Most transgender people would like to be what gender they Identify with the most, I left it as nothing for ambiguity sake, it's no perfect but it works Razz

I suppose but like I said before, we'd like to be referred to as the gender we identify with, but eh, the trans community is a great big ball of transie wansie stuff Aka confustion. so if it helps I welcome it haha^^ Also Yeah I have noticed Foxy, and it has resulted into some intresting posts haha

Anyway on some more depressing new, I found this in my twitter feed.

22 Transgender game developer commits suicide after online bullying:-
http://www.vocativ.com/culture/lgbt/transgender-developer-rachel-bryk-commits-suicide/

Who she was:-
https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2015/04/25/commemoration-rachel-bryk/

It's awful and is really disheartening, it looks like she surrounded herself with negativity and didn't take solace in a positive community, letting the booing be louder than the cheers, If you're reading this and feeling/having something similar, contact me and I'm here for you, suicide isn't worth it and hopefully I can help. Rachel seemed to be filled with inner turmoil, but you never know the full story, I hope she has now found peace.

If you'd like to comment about this, I'd prefer we spoke about her and not rant about the ingrates who encouraged and reinforced her to meet a tragic end... please.

Last December another suicide happened:-
http://www.vocativ.com/culture/lgbt/22-new-trans-positive-video-games-honor-leelah-alcorn/

Hope something positive can come out of Rachel's death.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

At any rate, I may bring advertise the site to other members of the trans community, but I don't want to over saturate this place with entitled types I'll be careful about who I bring haha. Peace.

We're an online community.
We do not hate, we do not judge.
Each is free to be his own person.

Aye, we won't. So that's why it's important to remember when you're feeling abandon/lost or down.

I don't know all the problems in the world and I don't all the solutions to those problems either. But what I do know is hurting yourself, only hurts others, the people who care.

Transgender are awesome and lucky. I find my self jealous of women sometime. Well mostly of women fashion, shoes, makeup. Like a women can wear almost everything a guy can wear, but a guy can't wear a dress, skirt, high heels, Make-up. I mean as normal. I also rather have my hair long then short and I get told that it is to long. I find my self thinking like a girl sometimes too. So I think Transgender's are awesome and brave.
